What does it mean to be a full-service travel company?

Luxury Travel by Britta Heath, in partnership with Avoya Travel, doesn’t just book hotels (though, I can if that’s what you want!) but I go into the small details, too. This includes transfers, spa bookings, VIP services, pairing you with the best local guides, and so much more. 

Why would I book with you when I can just do it myself?

I believe that your time is valuable, and working with me saves you time. I will do the nitty gritty job of researching the best spots and present them to you via my interactive itinerary proposals through my preferred App or Web format. After we've develop a relationship, I will know your specific tastes and preferences, ensuring that all my proposals are tailored and unique to each and every client. 

This all sounds too good to be true. How do you get paid?

I often get asked how I’m compensated because there’s a great deal of mystery around how travel advisors are paid ,but as an Avoya travel advisor, I operate with full transparency. When it comes to trip packages and tour bookings my commission comes from our partners directly on the backend. 

What if I don’t need a huge itinerary for a bucket list trip, but am just doing a simple hotel booking?

One of the most widespread misconceptions about booking with an agent is that I can only offer benefits on complex, multi-stop itineraries. I am able to add value on practically any luxury hotel booking thanks to Avoya's luxury partners.
